Two chunky boys are here!

Mama Poppy and Ernie’s first litter was small but mighty!! Look at these handsome boys. They are CHUNKY… biggest we have had at their age.

Ready to go December 15th, but we can hold them until the 22nd.

Check out our health information in Poppy and Ernie’s post. Clear on everything!!

Change of plans- breeder?

He has found a new home!

This is Crisp from Zinnia x Creek’s litter (1/30/24). We were planning to keep him for breeding in the future but we have decided to keep two of his half-sisters. He is a goofy fun pup that we would happily breed if the plans hadn’t changed. Possible approval for breeding homes. $2400.

Bertha's puppies at 5 wks

Well, these are just the puppies that are available. 3 little ones left. I want to keep one but I just can’t. 5 weeks old and nicer weather means we can pose outside.

Gelbvieh & Simmental= boys

Longhorn=girl

Bertha's puppies at 4 wks

Updating with the 4 little ones that are available. Growing into beautiful puppies!

Bertha's little ones are getting big

Sharing those that are available. Each day they are moving quicker and starting to learn how to talk and play. They are also pooping a LOT. :)

Simmental, Gelbvieh, & Angus are boys. Charolais, Longhorn, & Jersey are girls.

$1200 pet registration.

Approved breeding registration is available on 2 puppies.

Another lucky litter- then we are done for a while

We had two of our youngest girls come into heat at the same time (or within two weeks of each other). Being their second heat and their first time breeding we decided to breed both. Thoughts were that one of them, or possibly both, wouldn’t settle. Well- we were wrong.

Hoping to get new photos of mama (the drought last year didn’t create nice backdrops for my mama photos) later this month. She doesn’t want to leave her babies right now and I get it.

Miss Georgia Lady is the BEST mama. Out of 100% European parents. She wasn’t born here but will stay here for life. Until I get some photos of her- here are her gorgeous babies.

Pet registration $1500

Bertha is the best

Seriously- she has fantastic mama instincts and love for her 11 puppies. Our vet suggested we name after cattle breeds. Why haven’t we thought of that?

Here they are!

Mama Bertha

We didn’t have the pretty green grass or beautiful flowers last summer when I would have done her photo shoot. That drought was hard on us for so many reasons.

She does look beautiful though with her first litter. Bertha is a daughter of Homer & Petunia and such a sweet girl and fantastic mama. Puppies are Creek’s. Her photo shoot will have to wait!

Adding a couple…

All have homes!

Plans change… we get it.

These 4 are available. One we haven’t shared with anyone. Can you see a difference?

Hope & Honest are from Petunia x Homer.

Bloom & Rake are from Zinnia x Creek.

Update!

5 weeks old and doing great. They have changed so much in the last couple weeks. Little personalities are really coming out. They have to be the most playful puppies ever.

Here is a cheat sheet to help all of us stay organized.

Another litter ?

Yep. We usually don’t try to breed two at once but Homer and Petunia had different plans. I mean- I did let them out together. I AI every litter except for these two. Nature…

Mama has had a few challenges this time so we have helped her with the litter until she was back 100%. She is and all are good. Here are her babies!

Poor husband had to help with photos- send prayers. 🤣

4 wks

Zinnia’s babes

3 weeks and all healthy! Which one is grabbing your attention?

I’m ready for spring and couldn’t help to name this mostly female litter with spring inspired names.

Want to meet one via FaceTime?

Puppies are here!

Yep. We have two litters! The older litter is almost 2 weeks and the younger litter just turned 1 week old.

Hormones determine our litter timing for sure- wish we could figure out how to spread them out. Either way, two litters of 9 each is where we started and two litters of 8 is where we are right now. I’m tired of crap happening, but it is life. I’m going to choose to focus on the beautiful puppies we have!!

Photos to come in a week!

Only 1 available

This is Carrie. She likes chasing the broom & mop, playing with her sisters, and being a little stinker. She is absolutely beautiful too.

5 weeks & adorable

Penny’s four little girls are growing like weeds! Between 6.6 and 8.8 lbs!!! Mary and Nellie are the largest. Only 3 available.
